It's time to make plans for HOT 2010. This year's event will be hosted by the Alamo City Corvair Club and will be in San Marcos, TX.

"Hi! Hope the holidays were good to all of you! Wanted to pass along a link and some info regarding this year's Heart of Texas gathering, scheduled for 9-10 April. Thank you for posting this event info on your website! We plan on hosting a fun-filled event and appreciate ya'll making the trek over to San Marcos. While the activity times are yet not chiseled in stone, there'll be a show/shine with judging Sat. morning, followed by a cruise, and ending with a banquet at a car museum (Brand New facility with awesome vehicles!) We're keeping the costs exactly the same as last year. The host hotel (San Marcos Embassy Suites Hotel, Spa, and Convention Center) is quite impressive and offers a great value considering the amenities included with the room rate (Cook to order breakfast, daily Managers reception, etc.) - please check out the "tour hotel" tab when booking a room. We plan on providing each registrant a packet of other activities to do/see in and around San Marcos too, similar to the NTCA hosted H.O.T. of 2007. Please pass this info along to the rest of your club members and fellow Corvair enthusiasts! We look forward to seeing you in San Marcos in early April!"
